The Nightgale Estate has announced that the Western House was officially acquired by the Nightgale Authority overnight. The house immediately underwent rapid rebuilding and now features a brand new, improved layout with a much more open and enhanced discussion area.

A Project of Scale and Investment
This ambitious transformation was a massive undertaking, made possible by a substantial $20,000 USD investment from the Treedenia government, which recognized the importance of creating a central hub for the Estate.
The "overnight" acquisition by the Nightgale Authority was only the first step. The rapid rebuilding process that followed was an impressive logistical feat, requiring the dedicated efforts of the construction crews for over 25 in-game night cycles to complete.
A New Layout for the Community
The primary goal of the rebuild was to move away from the building's previous cramped design. The new Western House features a brand-new, vastly improved layout that emphasizes open space and accessibility.
A key highlight of the redesigned structure is the significantly expanded and enhanced talking area. This new space has been specifically crafted to foster better communication, host larger gatherings, and serve as a more welcoming environment for public discussions and parliamentary meetings.
