Housing Decree passed in Goiás
Duke MiniNormal decreed conditions in which houses and comercial buildings can be acquired by new players through the local housing program Casa Goiana, prioritizing them over experienced and foreign players. Fair conditions were also ensured by law to aid those who need a house in their first days, with quotas for houses to be acquired for free in exchange of manpower.

In parallel, it restricted future projects initiated by the private sector in the County of Goiânia, also known as the Duchy's capital city, as these projects will need the approval of the Duke himself to begin. On the bright side, it also gave the power for him to declare 'free zones', in which locals can build with less restrictions over the designs of the buildings.
If these regulations prove out to be a major success, Goiás might go from a ghost town to a more stable urban center while it keeps the aristocratic architecture that makes its town center remarkable.
